About us
Šimon Sekáč – CEO & Owner. I have been working in IT outsourcing since 2013. I began my career as an IT Recruit Manager, where I specialized in sourcing top IT professionals for various projects. Over time, I advanced to a Team Leader position, leading recruitment teams and helping businesses find the right technical talent. In 2018, I took the leap to establish new brand, where I served as CEO. Leveraging my extensive experience in team management and IT talent acquisition, I built a successful company focused on delivering high-quality IT outsourcing solutions.
Andrej Švec – IT Acquisition Lead. I have been specializing in IT headhunting and outsourcing for more than five years. During my internship at a university in Denmark, I searched for IT specialists for a Dutch startup based in Amsterdam. After graduating, I joined the headhunting firm Stell+ Erp, where I primarily focused on finding German-speaking SAP specialists for international clients. In 2022, I became a member of the team led by CEO Simon Sekac. Here, I have continued to actively search for top IT specialists for both domestic and international clients.
